材料:
A.豬絞肉 300克
洋蔥末 50克
薑末 10克
蔥末 10克
太白粉水50克
B.大白菜 400克
蔥段 2根
薑片 15克

Ingredients:
A. 300 grams of ground pork
50 grams of diced onions
10 grams of diced ginger
10 grams of diced green onions
50 grams of Cornstarch mixed with water

B. 400 grams of Napa cabbage
2 lengths of scallion
15 grams of ginger slices

調味料:
A.鹽 1/2茶匙
細糖 1茶匙
醬油 1大匙
白胡椒粉 1/2茶匙

B.水 250CC
醬油 100CC
細糖 1大匙

C.米酒 1大匙
香油 1茶匙

Seasoning:
A. 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon white pepper

B. 250 cc's of water
100 cc's of soy sauce
1 tablespoon powdered sugar

C.1 tablespoon rice wine
1 teaspoon sesame oil

做法:
1.大白菜切塊後洗淨備用。豬絞肉放入鋼盆中,加入調味料A攪拌至有黏性。
2.加入洋蔥、蔥、薑與調味料C,拌勻後將肉餡分成4份,用手掌拍成圓球形即成獅子頭。
3.獅子頭淋上太白粉水,入鍋用少許油煎到2面定型,將材料B的蔥、薑放入鍋中墊底,再放入調味料B。
4.開大火,燒開後關小火煮約5分鐘後加入大白菜,再煮約15分鐘至大白菜軟爛後即可。

Preparation Instructions:

1. Cut the Napa cabbage into pieces, rinse, and set aside. Put the ground pork into a steel pot, add seasoning "A" and stir mixture until it thickens.
2. Add in the onions, scallions, ginger, seasoning "C" and mix them evenly with the ground pork and divide into 4 parts. In the palms of your hands, form these into 4 balls.
3.Cornstarch mixed with water and put it on pork balls,Heat the pan, pour about 2 tablespoon of oil, add pork balls and fry until browned on both sides .Place the scallions and ginger from ingredients "B" at the bottom of the pot, then add seasoning "B" for boiling the Lion's head pork meatballs.
4. Bring to a boil over a high heat, then let it boil for 5 minutes. Lower the heat, add the cabbage and let it simmer for about 15 minutes until the cabbage is softened and well cooked.
