One of the many things John Meadows has taught us all is the power of leg curl partials to grow hamstrings.

You must take the set to positive failure, then begin to work the bottom third of the curl. This take serious pain tolerance bc its gonna burn, burn bad.

The ideal rep range for these are 10-30, slow and controlled. Do not rush these, own every inch of every partial.
