How to tie the Rutland Wet Fly

Hook: Hanak H230BL #12
Thread: Veevus GSP #50d
Tail: Partridge feather fibres
Rib: Medium Copper wire
Body: Troutstalkers (Scruffy Buzzer)
Hackle: Partridge
Head: Glo-Brite No5

I have had this little fly in my box for a few seasons, I was prompted to tie it on after a quick chat with Paul Calvert. I was at Rutland and the fishing was not going according to plan, I asked Paul who was doing well on a Hot Headed Hares Ear. I did not have a fly but spotted this in the corner of my box. In short it changed my day around and went on to take several good fish.
