~ Sunshine after the showers~

"Monday revealed a day scattered with sunshine and showers- a true Irish summer! Once the rain appears I seek shelter in the studio and put the final touches to my brand new Looking Glass collection. My studio is usually very messy after creating such a big collection, so a good tidy and clean was in order. It always gives me such a boost of energy when it has been cleaned, and I can feel like I can begin on the next project with renewed vigour.

Afterwards, come join me on a trip to the post office, a scenic stop by the refreshing lakeshore, and a slightly uncomfortable walk down to the boglands with the kitty boys!"

💕 Cherry Jam Recipe: add a punnet of washed cherries to a pot, add three tablespoons of brown sugar and a half teaspoon of natural almond essence and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and leave to simmer until the consistency is thick and jam-like. Pour into a sterilised jar and enjoy!
