A review and test cutting of the Cas Hanwei Tinker Bastard sword replacement blade, that I finished the crossguard, handle, and pommel myself. The model number is OH2412.

The rockwell hardness C is 50 to 53 RC and the tang is 30RC
The blade length is 33 3/8 inches and my sword when finished was 45 inches overall. This blade is 5160 spring steel and Marquenched.
The fuller goes about 1/3 the length of the blade, in the video I said 2/3 my mistake.
