I'm the board certified dermatologist, much as I love injecting fillers on the face and sculpting faces. These days I am dissolving more faces than actually injecting them. because I see those big apple cheeks, the lips are looking abnormal, the chin looks a little too large.

Now, why is this happening?

1️⃣ If you overfill. So if two syringes are required and you end up doing four syringes, or sometimes l've seen people do 10 to 14 syringes at one go. that's overfilling.
Remember, always less is more under correct.

2️⃣ Do not be repeating fillers way to often for lips, you must wait for six months for the rest of the face One to one and a half years.
In fact, When you keep repeating the filler.
It stacks hyaluronic acid does not dissolve
100%. There would be about 30%
which would still stay somewhere in the skin.
So do not repeat fillers way too often

Finally remember that hyaluronic acid has this ability to absorb water and swells, plums the skin. So if you do too much and you have issues of water retention, Again, you will have bloated face. Sometimes fillers are not required at all.

If the faces are heavy, you may require energy based devices such as HIFU or radio frequency. Sometimes you may need a little bit of thread lift, and if it's really worse, you may need surgery. So always choose your injector well.

Remember, this is an amalgamation of science and art and it has to be done naturally and under correction is the key.
