Tortillas like 1 bag
1 1/2 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
1- 2 cups ground meat or chili
1 can Black beans, optional
Picco de Gallo
Sour cream
Scallions

Set oven to 350 Fahrenheit
And just layer your ingredients like in the video
Except for sour cream, and the pico de gallo, that you use to garnish when they come out
Keep it in the oven until everything melts
