We're making a super lightweight, durable and effective, 10" portable pizza oven using two pans and a pizza stone. The three main parts are by Firebox and are:
* 8" (20.3 cm) Baking/pizza stone
* 10" (21.6 cm) Hard anodized aluminum pan (on the bottom
* 10" (21.6 cm) Cowboy plate (on the top)

The 8" pizza stone is 1/4" (0.64 cm) thick and weighs 1 pound (0.45 kg).

PIZZA CRUST RECIPE

Ingredients
1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 cup warm water
2.5 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes. Stir in flour, salt and oil. Beat until smooth. Let rest for 5 minutes.Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and pat or roll into a round. Add desired toppings and bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
