This is a low impact arms and upper back that will help improve flexibility, posture & leave you feeling great. Like/Comment/Share!

It consists of:
4 exercises x 2 rounds of 45 seconds

1. Plank T twist
2. Seated prayer pose raise
3. Bent over side arm raise
4. Bent over narrow row & tricep kickback
