Ingredients

Boiled Milk - 1 Liter
Vanilla Custard Powder - 1 Tbsp
Sugar - 3 Tbsp
Cooked Sabudana
Sabja Seeds - 1 Tsp
Strawberry Jelly
Mango Jelly

Today we are going to see making of Custard Sharbat recipe. This is one of the best summer refreshing sharbat and healthy recipe that everyone would love to have more and more. This is the best alternative for people who opt for ice cream based thick shakes which are good for taste but contain lot of calories. This custard milk with sago is so yummy and best taste guaranteed with the tips in the video. Making of this custard Sharbat involves preparing srawberry jellys , mango jellys, venilla custard , soaked sabja seeds and cooked sabudana and later mix all the ingredients and refrigetate it untill it cools down. Thus custard sharbat is prepared. This custard sago sharbat is no less than any creamy dessert recipe and can be served as a dessert for any party or occasions. Hope you try this refreshing sharbat at your home and enjoy.

Method:

1. Take 1 1/2 tea cups of hot water and 4 teaspoons of strawberry jelly crystals in a bowl and mix well.
2. Take 1 1/2 tea cups of hot water and 4 teaspoons of mango jelly crystals in a bowl and mix well.
3. Transfer both the prepared liquids into two different setting tins and let them sit for 1 hour.
3. In another bowl, mix 1 tbsp of vanilla custard powder and 1/4 cup boiled milk and mix well.
4. For making the custard milk, take 1 litre of milk in a pot and add 3 tbsp sugar to it.
5. Mix well and add the dissolved custard to it.
6. Mix again and boil the milk for 5 mins.
7. Let the milk cool down to room temperature and then refrigerate it for 30 mins.
8. Soak sabja seeds in water for 15 mins.
9. Now cut the set jellies into small cubes.
10. To assemble the Custard Sharbat, first take 2 tsp of cooked sago in the serving glasses.
11. Next add 2 tsp of soaked sabja seeds in each glass.
12. On this, put strawberry jelly and mango jelly.
13. Over this, pour the chilled custard milk.
14. Mix everything gently with a spoon and fifnally garnish with finely chopped almonds and pistachios.
15. Custard Sharbat is ready to be served and enjoyed!
