To Make Mango Custard Sharbat

Alphonso Mango - 2 Nos
Boiled Milk - 1 Litre
Sugar - 1/2 Cup
Vanilla Custard Powder - 2 1/2 Tbsp
Sabja Seeds - 1 Tsp
Cooked Vermicelli
Strawberry Jelly

Method:

1. To the strawberry jelly crystals, add 3 tea cups of hot water and mix well and pour it into a tin. Let it sit for about 1 hour.
2. Peel off the mango skin, cut the mangoes into small pieces and grind them into a fine paste in a mixer jar. Keep this paste aside.
3. Boil the milk in a sauce pan and add sugar once the milk is hot. Mix well.
4. Take 2 1/2 tbsp of custard powder and mix it with 1/4 cup of boiled milk.
5. Mix this dissolved custard milk with the boiling milk on the stove.
6. Keep the flame on a medium low and boil the milk for about 10 mins. Keep stirring at intervals.
7. Once the custard is cooked, add the mango puree and mix well with a whisk.
8. Cook this mixture on a low flame for 2 mins and turn off the stove.
9. Cool the mixture completely and then refrigerate it for 1 hour.
10. Soak sabja seeds in water for 15 mins. Cut the set jelly into small pieces.
11. Boil water in a saucepan and add vermicelli to it. Cook until it is fully done and then strain it.
12. For serving the Mango Custard, first put the cooked semiya in the serving glass.
13. On top of it, add some soaked sabja seeds.
14. Now add the jelly crystals and finally pour in the Mango Custard.
15. Finally add the chopped nuts of your choice and chopped mango pieces.
16. Mango Custard is ready to be served chilled.
