How to Rig a Ballyhoo with a Chin Weight | Wolfpack Tackle

Описание к видео How to Rig a Ballyhoo with a Chin Weight | Wolfpack Tackle

Learn how to properly rig a Ballyhoo with a chin weight, with Captain Jeff Warford, to increase your bites while tuna fishing. We show every step needed to rig your chin weighted ballyhoo correctly, with copper wire.

Our Ahi Trolling Heads are Keel Weighted, meaning the head will swim through the water without laying on its side or spinning. In addition, each head has an included Ballyhoo Stabilizer, which allows the ballyhoo to be locked into the back of our heavier ahi heads allowing the ballyhoo to swim black backing (upright).

In a typical spread on the F/V Wolfpack, we will always run 2 ballyhoo out the back. To successfully fish ballyhoo, the bait must be rigged correctly to have a lifelike, swimming motion. It's simple; if your bait swims black backing (upright) every time, you're more likely to get the bite!
