Olga's Kitchen makes the best bread ever! Being stuck in Chicago with the #shelterinplace I decided to add it to my #donedorecipe! Have you had Olga’s? My other favorite is their curly fries 😋 which I’ll have to master next!

Ingredients
1 cup milk
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup margarine or butter
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast ( 1 pkg) 1/4 cup warm water
1 teaspoon sugar
4 cups flour, divided
1 egg



#OlgasThreeCheese Sandwich:
Cheddar
SwissCheese
MontereyJack
Sliced tomato
Sliced sweet onion



Olga's Sauce:
Greek Yogurt
Onion Powder
Cayenne Pepper
Fresh Lemon Juice
Salt
