In this video ,I will show you how to make easy& Yummy "Chicken Bun"in gas stove.

Ingredients:
For dough:
All- purpose flour -1 &1/2cup
Milk powder -1/3 cup
Sugar -3 tbsp.
Salt -1/2tsp.
Yeast -2 tsp.
Melted butter-3 tbsp.
Lukewarm water-1/3 cup+ 2 tbsp.
For Pur/kima:
Chicken -1cup
Chopped onion -2cup
Chillies -3pcs
Soya Sauce -2tbsp
Tomato sauce -2tbsp
Garlic paste-1/2 tsp.
Ginger paste -1/2tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Oil -1/3 cup
Oil for frying bun
