Coleman Hanna/ICS Hybrid Tunnel - Florida Super Wash (4K Day & Nighttime Views)

After over a year of construction and delays, Florida Super Wash’s brand new express tunnel is now open!

Over the past year, Florida Super Wash has been received a massive remodel, including an updated building with a two story office, 24 vacuum stalls, new canopies, upgrades to the self serve bays, a brand new RV and camper bay, and the main attraction: this brand new 100 foot express tunnel.

This wash was built on the former location of the first two original self serve bays, and is directly located right next to the original mini tunnel. In addition, this is Florida’s very first wash to be built and installed with ICS equipment. The tunnel itself features a very unique equipment package. Econocraft conveyor, ICS Accuwraps, ICS top brush & mitter, Coleman Hanna HSS2 mitter, Coleman Hanna HCRP rocker brushes, Coleman Hanna 4-Pack flex wrap & tire brush, and Premier dryers. Hanna equipment was purchased used from an old car wash in Kentucky, and several pieces of equipment have been modified for this location. The HCRP rocker brushes were removed from the 4-Pack structure and placed at the entrance of the tunnel, the 4-Pack passenger wrap was shortened to fit the equipment space, and the ICS mitter was u-bolted to the HSS2 frame and a separate MCWW crossover arch to allow a 90” clearance. The tunnel runs with an ICS tunnel controller & 2 Auto Sentry pay stations, and was fitted with a full G&G ColorWash light show package for a beautiful light show at nighttime as the customers of Riverview drive by. Unlike the mini tunnel, this wash runs 100% no prep.
