Sultan's Rolls | Turkish Delight Rolls (Sultan Lokumu)

Turkish Delight Rolls or Sultan Rolls is a milky rolled pudding with cream in the center. It is coated commonly with coconut flakes but I am showing you 3 different ideas to coat. Very easy to make and since it has similar looks with famous Turkish rolled delight with kaymak it has this name.

Ingredients:
1 egg
3/4 cups sugar
3 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp flour
1-liter milk
1 tbsp butter
vanilla or mastic gum to flavor
For the layer (1 cup heavy cream whisked to a cream with sugar or cream shantili powder mixed with cold milk or you can leave it plain )
For the coating
unsweetened coconut flakes
about 1 cup kataif cooked with 1/2 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp sugar
crumbled cocoa or digestive biscuits or graham cracker
