Blaster Breakdown 06 (Jun 2020) - Nir0dha's Bullpup HPA Super Core build

Описание к видео Blaster Breakdown 06 (Jun 2020) - Nir0dha's Bullpup HPA Super Core build

A fully 3D printed, semi-automatic, bottle-on HPA nerf blaster? Oh yeah!

In this video I breakdown and reassemble Nir0dha's Bullpup. This blaster was designed by Nir0dha in the Netherlands, printed by Aureum Locus in Canberra, and features Spectre's Super Core manufactured here in Brisbane. With an Empire Relay integrated into the build, this HPA blaster requires no remote air line.

I'll show you how all the parts fit together, how the pneumatics connect, and provide a firing demonstration towards the end.

The files for printing this blaster are available here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:396...
This page also provides a parts list, including heat-set inserts and screws needed, plus pneumatic components required.

I had the parts printed by Rick at Aureum Locus: https://www.aureumlocus.com/
The white and orange parts are printed in PLA, with 0.15mm layer height, 4 perimeters and 25% infill. The black parts are carbon-reinforced nylon, again with 0.15mm layer height, 4 perimeters and 25% infill.

The Super Core itself is manufactured by Spectre:   / spectrearmaments
This is one of the very latest batch release in early June 2020. I obtained it from BlasterTECH in Australia:

Also by Spectre is an adapter for the Empire Relay - this creates a standard 1/8 BSP female thread to allow any standard pneumatic parts (eg pushfits) to be attached.

I've used a Monkee Mods anodized 350mm barrel with BlasterTECH adjustable SCAR. **Correction - this SCAR is actually designed to handle the threaded barrel - it slips over the thread and affixes to the regular 16mm barrel behind. There is still leeway between the dart exiting the end and engaging the string.**

Upper and lower picatinny rails allow any standard foregrip to be attached below, and any sights above the blaster. I have given the white PLA parts a coat of 2K clear paint for protection and to keep them looking spiffy.

This blaster is designed to use a 13ci 3000psi bottle up front. The weight is really well balanced front and back, and feels great to use. At the end of the video I take some shots at what used to be my wife's favourite tablecloth in the backyard.

I hope you enjoy the video, and find it useful if you're thinking of building one of these yourself. Feel free to leave any questions of comments below, and don't forget to like and subscribe.
