Chicken curry cooked slowly to infuse the ingredients into the meat. I used Indi garam masala because it has lots of coriander, preferred curry powder is Lala which can be used in any curry.

Chicken Curry
4 LBS Skinless Chicken
2 Medium Onion
20 Clove Garlic
6 Wiri Wiri Pepper
4 Heaped Teaspoon Garam Masala
2 Heaped Teaspoon Curry Powder
¼ Cup Oil
Potatoes as needed (optional)
Mince 15 clove of the Garlic 1 onion and 2 pepper together.

Pre-Seasoned Chicken
Salt
Garlic Powder
Black Pepper.
