Sambar powder
Ingredients
Whole coriander seeds 5 tablespoons
Chana dal 2 tablespoons
Urad dal 2 tablespoons
Toor dal 2 tablespoons
Fenugreek seeds 1 teaspoon heaped
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon optional
Raw rice 2 teaspoons
Dried Kashmiri chilli 15
Dried red chilli 15
Asafoetida 4 small pieces
Curry leaves sprigs 25 to 30

Wash each item put in the sunlight n then roast separately then grind well.
