I picked this Car Dash Cam up at the local Giant Tiger. It was on sale for 15-20 bucks. I can't get over how cheap they can produce these! This type of technology would have been perfect for me when I was a kid. Back then, even entry level cameras were prohibitively expensive. This unit has 1080, 720, and VGA style graphics. It also has an on-board battery that is the exact same as what you get in many old Nokia flip phones! That's insane!
