A simple exercise sequence for stretching your legs and getting into splits, designed for work on your own and utilizing Systema techniques to avoid trauma, injuries, and pain, as well as to accelerate your normal stretching - use of tension and breath holds, as well as. Get a good stretch all the way down to splits+ in a couple of months spending 20 minutes every other day.
