TODAY'S RECIPE IS SYLHET TRADITIONAL NUN GORA/ NUNIYA/ NONTA/ NONAS PITHA | ১০ মিনিটে মচমচে মশলা পিঠা, সিলেটের বিখ্যাত নুন বালিশ/ নুনিয়া/ নুন গড়া পিঠা | BENGALI SNACKS

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1 sliced onion
3 chopped green chilies
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon chaat masala (can be substitute with roasted cumin powder)
1 cup rice flour
Finely chopped coriander leaves
