I love living in Cornwall because slow living is encouraged and consumerism hasn't caught on so much. In today’s video, I’m discussing the impacts of consumerism and the news, and how I avoid it in a gentle, calming and uplifting way, day to day.

In this vlog I chat about losing my job, living intentionally by becoming more skilled, I have began candle-making, home cooking, getting organic food boxes, and learning more crafts to feel self-sufficient, like people used to be in the old days! I'm embracing slow mornings, cornwall life and it's many beaches, simple crafts that make cottage life feel calm and peaceful and protected from the goings on in the world. This video is about how to remain grateful and positive, even when things aren't going to plan.
