1. Purposeful Silence: this helps with stress
Example:
Meditation
Reflecting on your life in silence

Now to Be Honest:
When I did this the first time I felt stupid
And now its something looks forward to
It lets me be in the moment and take that in

2. Recite your affirmations
You ever heard about:
The law of attraction
It was a pretty good book, but you cant attract anything without work
So affirmation is a little different

Here is mine:
I break it down in 4 categories: health, wealth, love and Happiness

I put down what I want to be and what I'm going to do to get them.

3. Visualize your day going perfectly
When you see your day going great, it does
And even when stuff that you don’t expect gets in the way, you can figure out solutions before they happen.
This something a lot of athletes use

But to Visualize you Need to plan your day:
I plan my entire day with the benjamin franklin schedule
That way I can visualize it

4. Write in Morning

For Writing: Write for 5-10m per day
On your goals
The new things you have learned.

What it’ll do: It’ll make sure you see the progress that’s taking place.

I have this journal here: Its call the morning Sidekick Journal
At night and in the morning I take 5m to fill it out
Describe my day and also my goals for the day
IT also helps me to sleep and wake up at the same time

Before this Journal:
I was sleeping at 5-6 am and waking up in the afternoon
Now I wake up at 4:55am and sleep at 10 latest.

5. Read And ( for Personal Growth )
The average American American read (x)
And the average millionaire (x)
You don’t have to become a millionaire the point is that it will help your life by improving on it

How to:
After your done with exercising in the morning
Read at least 10pages ( that’ll take you 20m)
Or Take an online course for 20m

In One Year: That’s 3,650 pages, around 10-12 books.

6. Exercise
Problem for me
When I went to the gym, I didn’t know what to do, so it kind of felt pointless.
So I would go on and off, but then eventually, I got app/program that I followed every time I was there
That gave me a straight forward strategy on what to do.

Examples:
You can get the Nike to work out App: it's free
Or you can get a Yoga DVD
Or join a boxing club in the morning

The Important thing is:

Don’t Wait until later in the day, some will happen that will get in your way
