MONKEYFROG WASHING MACHINE | THE ACRO CLASSROOM

In this class Stephen and I break down one of the classic washing machines called monkeyfrog. This is an intermediate level flow that requires some hip mobility and bendy backs. The pre-recs are backfly, reverse straddle throne and reverse shoulder stand. If you are still a beginner, don't let that discourage you, grab a spotter and give it a shot!
