Easy Sticky Toffee Pudding Recipe | Sticky Toffee Pudding With Caramel Sauce | Date Cake

In this video I show you how to make sticky toffee pudding with a delicious toffee sauce recipe. This sticky toffee pudding is a classic British dessert and is really easy to make.

Ingredients:
220g Medjoul Dates
1 Tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda
200ml Boiled Water
110g Salted Butter
65g Soft Light Brown Sugar
65g Soft Dark Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Golden Syrup
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Large Eggs
1 Tsp Baking Powder
190g Self Raising Flour
100ml Milk

Toffee/Caramel Sauce:
75g Salted Butter
100g Soft Dark Brown Sugar
2 Tsp Golden Syrup
200ml Double Cream
