Join me for a full body functional pilates workout using the resistance band. This is a 30 minute session to tone arms, shoulders, legs, core and booty. It's a mixed ability workout which will both strengthen and stretch the body as well as will give you better muscle tone in those key areas. Using the band we will work through the whole body, upper and lower, as well as lots of core and booty work finding new and fun ways to both challenge and support our pilates practice. Great all over workout for toning the body. This is one to do 2-3 times a week to keep fit, flexible and strong.
