Here’s one of my favorite gym hacks.

It’s a way to hack your gymnastic rings workouts and a cheaper alternative to the TRX suspension system.

It’s a retractable strap that allows you to set up in less than a minute and gives you the ability to change from one exercise to the next in seconds.

Instead of getting new gymnastic ring straps, just get one of these retractable straps and use the rings you already own.

If you own D handles or any other type of handle attachment, just hook them up to these straps and you have the perfect TRX alternative.

Or you can easily use the soft loop as a handle.
