Recipe ingredients:
Zucchini - 1
Carrot - 1
Salt - 1 Tsp
Olive oil - 2 Tbsp
Oregano - 1/2 Tsp
Mixed herbs - 1/2 Tsp
Chilli flakes - 1/4 tsp
Grated ginger - 1 inch
Chopped green chilli - 1 no’s
Flattened rice / poha : 1 cup (60 grams)
Rice flour - 1/4 cup
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Lime juice - 1 Tbsp
Salt - 1/4 Tsp (as per taste)
Reserved water - 3 or 4 Tbsp
Cheese cubes - 6 or 7

Yogurt Dip ingredients:
Yogurt - 1 cup
Eggless mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
Mustard paste - 2 pinch
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Finely chopped coriander - 3 Tbsp
Finely chopped jalapeños - 1 Tbsp

Note : This ingredients measurement is serving 2 or 4 members.
