The world of Fear and Hunger is full of creatures that have been morphed and disfigured by the influence of the Eldritch Beings known as Old Gods. Within the Termina Festival of Fear & Hunger 2, we see these transformations showcased first hand to the 12 of the 14 main characters, who are contestants in the battle royale termina festival, this is done through a process called Moonscorching which is attributed to the influence of the Old Trickster Moon God, Rher. After prolonged exposure to the Old God’s influence, the contestants will become Moonscorched and contort into monstrous beings which embody their darkest characteristics, past traumas, or repressed feelings.

There’s been a lot of great discussions as to which Moonscorched character is everyone’s favorite and which ones they feel are lackluster in comparison both in terms of the form itself and when we face them in battle. This inspired me to make this video as I haven’t seen anyone go in depth to rank the 12 Moonscorched forms and today I will be ranking them across multiple factors to determine which are the best. The criteria in which I will be ranking the Moonscorhed forms is based on 2 main components: Their overall form appearance & lore and the quality of their boss fights. I’ve already covered the lore of each Moonscorch form in a previous video which you can find here, so I won’t be delving too deep in it today besides what relates to the rankings, and let me know below which are your favorite and least favorite moonscorch forms.
