Need a little help lifting your chest during the abdominal series? Try adding the arm springs to help!

By facing inward, the springs help lift the chest up and facilitate a deeper upper "C-curl". For an added challenge, press the arms down into the mat. Keep the chest open and find a deeper connection with the arms, stomach, and back.

By pressing the arms down you will feel your stomach fire up, immediately!

Take one exercise, or take them all! Just because it's a series doesn't mean you have to do all of them.

SPRINGS:

5-10 of each
