House update and Bonfire VLOG227 | TheShimrays

It was such an interesting week for us as a family.
We did painting as the workers made it so dirty when they worked on the floor... the boys and Christine did such a great job.
We had great food as usual and it was a bonus because had a good friend over for lunch... oh not to forget, Joel has joined the summer dance class and he doing so well, we are proud of him.

Pancakes
130 grams all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp granulated white sugar
1 large egg, lightly beaten
240 ml milk
28 gr unsalted butter, melted

Plus extra melted butter for greasing the pan.

In a large bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. In a separate bowl whisk together the egg, milk, and melted butter. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and then pour in the egg mixture, all at once, and stir (with a rubber spatula or wooden spoon) just until combined. The batter should have some small lumps. (Do not over mix the batter or the pancakes will be tough.)
