In this Georgia travel vlog, we visited Ushguli, the highest village and permanent settlement in Europe. We took a shared minivan tour from Mestia to Ushguli for GEL 40 per person (for the round-trip) and the driver gave us about four hours to explore the village and its surroundings! Absolutely stunning views and the snow capped peaks of Shkhara Mountain which is located on the Georgia-Russia border.
