Some of my favorite exercises to strengthen the muscles around the hips, namely the quads and glutes. Use a medium heavy band or forgo it! 3 quick moves to get your heart rate up, followed by a stretch.

Dancers can use this guide before class to get warm and prevent injury, but these videos are geared toward non-dancers as well!
