Описание к видео How An NYC Food Truck Founder Took a Chinese Crepe to the Next Level

Jianbing is often called a Chinese crepe. Usually made with mung bean batter, the pancake is filled with vegetables, eggs, and fried dough, making for a carby, flavor-filled snack.

Typically eaten for breakfast, the street food staple has its origins in Tianjin, a coastal city just outside Beijing, but it’s since spread across the world, from New York to London.

We met up with Yolanda Li, who started a jianbing food truck in New York, and asked her to show us how to make one from scratch.
