食谱:鲜嫩椰丝 100克,半勺盐,马六甲椰糖100克,糯米粉200克,香兰叶8片,清水250毫升,香兰汁150毫升

作法:
1)香兰叶8片切段,加入清水250毫升搅成香兰汁,然后备用。
2)椰丝加盐,蒸10分钟
3)糯米粉加入150毫升香兰汁,搅拌均匀了才用手捏到均匀,不够的话再慢慢加 ,弄成圆形 ,在圆形中用手指按一下就可以放少许椰糖,包进来搓圆形
4)放进热开水的锅,煮至浮起就可以了
5)好了捞起来放进椰丝滚来滚去沾满椰丝就可以开吃啦😋
