日本で唯一スモールマウスバスを投網で捕って食べれるお店

▶︎鯉西のつけば
期間限定で千曲川沿いで営業される「つけば」では駆除の一環としてコクチバス（スモールマウスバス）の料理を提供しています。日本全国でもコクチバスを出されているお店はここだけと思われます。
料理は全て400円＋税で統一され事前予約制。ここのつけば小屋だけではなく、鯉西本店でも食べる事ができます。

▷Koinishi no Tsukuba
For a limited time, "Tsukuba", which is open along the Chikuma River, serves smallmouth bass dishes as part of the extermination. It seems that this is the only shop in Japan that offers smallmouth bass.
All dishes are standardized at 400 yen + tax, and can be eaten not only at Tsukebagoya here, but also at the main branch of Koinishi by reservation.
