Competition Recipes With The April Brewers

In this video I share two recipes from the recent World Brewers Cup in Milan. One from Giorgio Visitacion representing the Phillipines and using the glass April Brewer and one from Pierre De Chantérac representing France and using the ceramic brewer.

Gio's recipe with the glass April Brewer:
14 Grams of Coffee
200 ML of Water

100 Grams - Poured as fast as possible below 10 seconds (60 gram circle pour 40 gram center pour)
100 Grams - Poured on the 45th second (60 gram circle pour 40 gram center pour)

Target Brewing Time : 2:10

Pierre's recipe:
15 g coarsely ground coffee to 250 grams soft 93° water

0.00 70 gram circle pour

0.45: 60 gram circle pour

1.30: 60 gram circle pour

2.15: 60 gram circle pour

TDT: 3 minutes
