Alternative Pouring Structures with the April Brewer | Coffee with April

This week, we’re introducing an alternative pouring structure for those of you that enjoy brewing filter coffee with our April Brewer.

Whilst we're commonly opting for a recipe consisting of 12g of coffee and 200g of water in two pours, we thought many of you may be interested in extending the size and length of your brews sometimes. If you're curious and would like to replicate the recipe featured in this video, you can find the details listed below:

240g Brew Water
92°C Water Temp

- 00:00 - 80g Pour - 40g Circle / 40g Center
- 00:30 - 80g Pour - 40g Circle / 40g Center
- 01:10 - 80g Pour - 40g Circle / 40g Center
