Over the weekend, I had the pleasure of crafting a two-tier birthday cake for a Construction Theme Party.

The cake was covered in Grey SMBC to create a concrete look and black fondant to suit the theme colour of the party. I used crushed Oreos as 'dirt' and fondant icing for detailed side decorations, including bricks and stones.

The top tier was our Signature Vanilla-Chocolate Layered Sponge, while the bottom tier was a rich Dark Chocolate Berries Mud Cake.
