This is your 32 Minute Dumbbell Strength Circuit Workout! This is day s#7 of your Momentum Challenge. Today we will be working in a circuit format going quickly through lower upper and core work using our dumbbells, it's gonna move quickly, you're gonna get your muscles working hard and your heart rate will be up. I'll give you lots of different options so listen to your body and work to your level. All you need for this workout are your dumbbells and a mat. Are you ready? Let's do it!
