Props: Jumpboard
Focus: Core control working with long levers, coordination & cardio
Difficulty Rating: 3/4 Intermediate Level
Duration: 45 Minutes

Set-Up at the START of class:
- 1B Spring ON (light)
- Jumpboard UP
- Headrest UP or DOWN
- Yoga Block or Pilates Ball *optional prop for side-lying head comfort

Ready to jump for 45 minutes! In this 45 minute intermediate flow you will focus on core control and stability working with long levers. Think long legs and long arms! Coordination will also be a challenge, but remember frustration will start to set in if we don’t relax, breath and let the neuromuscular connection start to naturally increase. Pilates is such an amazing workout for your mind & body! Now, if that isn’t enough, be prepared to work that heart! The cardiovascular demand in this flow is high because we are continuously moving for 45 minutes in a dynamic way. This is the perfect flow if you are short on time and need to fit it all in…a great full body workout! Let’s hit it!
