Props: Jumpboard, Yoga Block or Pilates Ball
Focus: Full Body Jump Cardio
Difficulty Rating: 3 (intermediate)
Duration: 40 Minutes

Join me for a full body cardio focused Reformer workout! We are going to jump for 40 minutes straight. Sequences flow back to back with no break so that we focus on keeping the heart rate up! A yoga block is the prop of choice for this routine, but if you don’t have a yoga block you can also use a Pilates ball. Remember to utilize your breath as you jump which will keep that core engaged when you need the support. Listen to the cues! Move with intention! and ENJOY!

I give this workout a difficulty rating of 3 (intermediate) due to the lack of breaks and endurance requirements. Don’t be afraid the pause the video if you need a reset.

The Jess P Fit YouTube channel has been the latest addition to her work within the fitness space that developed after the COVID pandemic hit in 2020! The YouTube channel quickly gained traction and momentum with specific interest on her advanced Pilates Reformer workouts. Her journey through fitness has moved quickly and continues to drive her motivation to inspire others to be healthy and fit in life!
