INGREDIENTS:

Radish - 1/2 Kg
Onions - 1
Green Chillies - 4
Oil - 2 spoons
Cumin Seeds - 1 Tspn
Turmeric - pinch
Salt - 1& 1/2 Tspn
Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tbspn
Curry Leaves, Corrainder Leaves - Required

Cooking process:

Hello everyone!!!
Today let's try Radish Fry which can be best used in Chapati, Naans and Rotis. Let's do it:
1. First cut 1/2 kg Radish, 1 onion, 4 green Chilli into small pieces and keep aside.
2. Now take a pan, add two spoons of oil and after oil gets heated add one spoon cumin seeds, chopped onion and green chili and fry them for 2 minutes.
3. After 2 minutes, add pinch of turmeric powder and mix it well.
Pro tip: Cut radish into small pieces. As the Radish takes more time to get fried cut it into small pieces.
4. Now add 1 and half spoon salt, one spoon ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and mix them well as shown in video.
5. Now add chopped Radish pieces mix them well and let them try for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes add one spoon red chilli powder, a pinch of pepper powder and mix them well and let the curry fry for 5 more minutes.
6. That's it!!! Tasty Radish Fry is now ready to serve! Happy cooking!!
Note: Radish works well for those who have stones in kidneys and who want to control their sugar and cholesterol levels. So just give a try!!
