EXPERIMENT DAY.. IS THIS BETTER THAN BRISKET?????? I take a beef Flat and smoke it like i would smoke a brisket.. I wanted to see how this would compare to the brisket,,, and smoke it exactly the same way to have a base line .... i was pleasantly surprised with the results,... I love doing these experiments... I always learn something... Happy Eating...
