Dasmarinas Village Makati, Dasmariñas Village was developed by Ayala Corporation in 1965 and is a private subdivision and gated community in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. It occupies 187 hectares and its street borders are Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) to the north, McKinley Road to the northeast, Pili Avenue/Forbes Park South to the east, Maricaban Creek to the south, and Ecology Village to the west. It was originally conceived of as part of Forbes Park. Within is the Colegio San Agustin on Palm Avenue which was founded in 1969. It is also the home of a few embassies like Russia, China, Egypt, Nigeria etc. Lot values start at around $US 5 million.
