Prism Weapons - Command and Conquer - Red Alert

Taking a look at the Allies Prism weapons from Red Alert 2 and the Spectrum weapons of Red Alert 3. Chapters posted below.
Edit: I forgot to mention the Yuri defense statues from the mission Escape Velocity, which function similarly to the Allies Prism Towers. So this could imply that Yuri managed to steal the Prism technology from the Allies in order to create these statues.
