Hi there, I'm Karen Katz (most people call me Coach K) and I help Empaths overcome trauma and realize that being an Empath is a GIFT not a curse.

First of all what is an EMPATH?
An empath, or a highly sensitive person is somebody that is able to feel other people's energy to the point that they are overwhelmed by others' emotions, unable to separate what is theirs and what is others, leading to high stress, anxiety and depression)

Some signs that you may be an Empath are:
People feel comfortable sharing their problems with you
You have a strong desire to help people
You are sensitive to bright lights, loud noises and chaotic energy.
It's hard for you to just draw the line, and have trouble setting boundaries with other people.
You have a hard time saying "no"
Making decisions is extremely difficult.
You prioritize other people's feelings
You don't want to let anyone down
You struggle with codependence, people pleasing, anxiety, worry and fear.

Being an EMpath my whole life, without knowing it, created a life of chaos and deep pain.
It took years to understand the reason and most important to realize the GIFT that is being an EMpath.
