After successfully replicating the abilities of Major Scout Guy, Medizard, and Ninjineer, Doppelganger's random quest for power leads him to a distant city, where he terrorizes the local authorities. While at first dissatisfied with the lack of powerful opposition, Doppy soon attracts the attention of an adversary more formidable than the entire police force combined: Soldine.
