Needs Based Computer Instruction (Barry Howard) has been teaching people about computers since 1969 when he was General Electrics computer educational leader. He was Verizon's Director for Computer Education and an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Baruch College for 25 years. Since his retirement he has opened the eyes of thousands of students to the wonders and uses of computers on cruises, at libraries and in many smaller businesses and organizations in the New York area.
